File Quit Claim Deed California Joint Tenancy & Quit Claim Deed.?

Joint tenancy & quit claim deed.? - file quit claim deed california

He bought a house in California, was the former girlfriend. The title is listed in joint tenancy held, both on the mortgage and title. All funds have been used to buy my own flat, there are no payments to the former never. I do not want a partition file and did not sign a release form, what are my other options? Are you responsible for payments? I want no money on it, I would like to refinance him the title. Stated that the plans at under half the capital by road and used the house as a policy of "safety" when they have financial problems, I want to avoid that happening. Ideas? And yes, I am fully aware that this decision was very stupid to buy a house with someone who was not married.

  1. Call a lawyer as soon as possible.

I will not pour salt into the wound, but if they need to propose plans to you at this point, a lawyer.

  2. Well, unfortunately you are stuck with a suit of partition if it refuses to sign a waiver. If you are required to adjust the partition to be successful, no doubt, pay the capital stock of a company property, whether to make a penny for it.

Sad to say, his decision to do what he did was worse than I do.

  4. Your only other option is a partition adapted to stop the payments. If it does not make the payments and the house into foreclosure. When this happens, you get a ding in your credit score, but if she wants. Poetic justice.
